What do they do? I had both at some point, ended up selling them to people who didn't know what they did either.. lol...

I have the same exact question as you. I do believe these rare materials are for the Gladiator armor in the Fissure of Woe, yet no one seems to want to confirm this and I haven't been able to finish the armorer quest with the crummy parties I often get to see if this is true. Please if anyone knows what these materials are for, do tell
